Isla en el Desierto is an independent band from Monterrey, Mexico, formed in 2022, that blends tropical rhythms, Latin rock, reggae, ska, and cumbia. Their musical concept aims to bring the freshness of an “island” to the “concrete jungle” of the Monterrey desert, creating a danceable, tropical sound.
