We will visit some churches and learn about their history. We will cross the river through a hanging bridge to visit one of them. You will discover the Trapiche, which is a mill used since the Middle Ages to extract juice from fruit, and it is still preserved. You can grind cane in an artisanal way and taste its juice (mead). Sale of products. You will enjoy the regional cuisine with traditional dishes and freshly made corn tortillas, you will taste artisan ice cream which has more than 100 years old of tradition and the unique “glorias”, which are burnt milk and walnuts candy.
