It is a Mexican musical group from the city of San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico, formed in 1996 when Juan Cárdenas and Adrián González joined forces with the young composer and singer Luis “Louie” Padilla and nine other members to create a highly innovative concept by blending jazz, norteño, and Tex-Mex rhythms, among others, with the unmistakable flavor of the grupero style, resulting in a completely original group
