La Señora Presidenta. Starring: Arath de la Torre, Mario Bezares, Briggitte Bozo, Violeta Isfel, Brenda Bezares, Pierre Angelo, and Susy Lu. A fun comedy of errors centered on the story of twins Martín and Martina, characters with opposite personalities. The story takes place in a house in Mexico City, where the siblings are forced to switch identities to recover some important documents that could jeopardize Martín’s peace of mind. Martín, an art gallery owner and womanizer, must pose as his sister, while Martina, frustrated with her married life, travels from Monterrey with her daughter. This role reversal sparks comical misunderstandings that keep the audience laughing throughout the play.
