INGREDIENTS
Eggs 2
Dried beef 25 g
Pico de gallo 60 g
PREPARATION
Brown the Mexican sausage, then add the
dried beef, and immediately add
the 2 eggs. Try not to beat the
eggs too much or overcook them, unless
the diner prefers it, so that
they taste better. Serve with
beans.
