's "Nido de Buñuelo" Pumpkin dulce de leche with piloncillo syrup and local walnuts, served with milk ice cream and smoked dulce de leche "gusanitos" from Álamo Santiago, Nuevo León, on a bed of strips of flour tortilla fritters dusted with sugar and cinnamon. A dessert created in honor of dear friends
