Radwimps has also teamed up with renowned film composer Kazuma Jinnouchi to create the perfect soundtrack for award-winning director Makoto Shinkai’s latest film, “Suzume,” which has grossed over $300 million at the global box office and has been nominated for a Golden Globe. “Suzume” tells the story of a young girl who travels through various ruins across Japan, closing doors that cause disasters. The film premiered in Japan on November 11, 2022, and was number one for three consecutive weeks, grossing over 14.22 billion yen to date.
